Guest Relations Porter

This is an ideal role for anyone who has excellent customer service skills, friendly, an approachable manner and knowledge of the local Kilkenny area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day greetings of guests, assisting with luggage to their rooms and offer suggestions for events and making dinner, tour and transport reservations. All requests will be carried out to the highest of standards. This is a part time position.
