Lyrath Estate Hotel Kilkenny has a state of the art Ruckus Ultra-High Capacity Multimedia Wi-Fi system. The system provides managed Wi-Fi coverage for bedrooms, public areas and the convention centre. Our convention centre has multiple “Ultra-high Capacity” Ruckus APs and can handle presently up to 1200 concurrent Wi-Fi connections from all known devices. Connections are managed by the system to provide fair and equal access to all devices. Users authenticate once and access seamlessly in all areas. The system ensures users get connected quickly and enjoy a consistent performance. Complimentary Wi–Fi is provided throughout the hotel and convention centre.

This makes the convention centre an extremely flexible exhibition and conference venue. It is adaptable enough to cater for multiple types of conventions and events, from small training sessions to national and international conferences. The convention centre has an independent entrance, with reception desk and lobby. Additional purpose built break out rooms, training rooms and boardroom facilities are also available at the Lyrath Convention Centre, Kilkenny. The additional meeting rooms have a maximum capacity of up to 165 delegates.

All rooms offer natural daylight and black out facilities. Ceiling heights in the main room measure 5m and either 3m or 5m in the breakout rooms. Delegates also enjoy access a patio area directly from each meeting room. There is ample complimentary car parking.
Additionally to the Convention Centre, there are boardrooms located in the 17th Century Manor House one named “The Ash Room” along with three drawing rooms, “The Yellow Room”, “The Green Room” and “The Red Room” available for private room hire.
