Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Sales & Marketing team at Lyrath Estate Hotel.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing team.

Objective of the Role

To actively promote and sell the image and services of the hotel. This will involve the maximisation of revenue and achievement of agreed sales & marketing targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To work with the Director of Sales to identify, solicit and convert new opportunities in the all market segments in accordance with the hotels yield management objectives.

To recognise and capitalise on all opportunities from these existing businesses; to maintain them to their optimum level.

To constantly recognise and develop new accounts from the local corporate markets.

To participate fully in all sales activities including tele sales, sales calls, corporate entertaining, social events, promotions.

To ensure the accurate processing, distribution, and recording/filing and follow up of all sales correspondence, including the execution of contracts, quotations, confirmations, cancellations etc.

Input and execute a social content marketing plan to align with the hotels marketing plans

Coordinate all marketing output across hotel social and digital channels

Assist with the preparation of the marking plan for the hotel

Manage the hotel’s social media networks

Requirements:

To have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.

Reactive sales experience is a must with proactive sales experience desirable.

Demonstrate creativity and enjoyment in social media and marketing

Must have qualification or previous experience working in digital marketing

Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
