Director of Operations

Under the guidance of the Hotel General Manager, the Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all revenue generating operations within the resort with a strong emphasis on supporting our management teams in Food & Beverage, Front Office, Accommodation, Kitchen and Spa departments. This is a key role which will be responsible for implementing 5-star standards across the operation, and pushing the boundaries to ensure the hotel becomes one of the best 5 star hotels in the country.
