On the drive up the avenue you will see our friendly donkeys – John & Edward !!, Later you can decide to take Oscar, Charlie & Ringo, the three resident Golden Retriever’s for a walk around the estate. Along the way you will come across the ducks who always appreciate if you ask our chef for some treats that you can give to them. As we are situated on 170 acres of parkland you might even spot the resident squirrels and many other inhabitants of the estate.

Paddle boats on the lake give way to an energetic afternoon splashing about.

The walled garden offers a selection of activities for our younger guests from monkey puzzles to basketball hoops and 5 a-side football.

When night sets in, why not choose from our vast selection of DVD’s and watch it in your room or alternatively set films will run at different times throughout the day in our private surround sound cinema.

If Milk & Cookies helps to get them off to a good nights sleep then simply dial our room service team and we are happy to deliver them to each child complimentary in the evening.

If there is rainy days don’t worry it needn’t rain on your day …… enjoy the Nintendo Wii Room, alternatively the Oasis Health Club offers a 17m swimming pool. In addition we offer a wide selection of board games along with Sony PSP’s – you see at Lyrath Estate the sun always shines ………

If you would like some valuable Mother & Daughter time why not book an afternoon in the spa where accompanied by your teenage daughter you can choose between a manicure and or pedicure. A large assortment of polishes are on offer to choose from.

All of the above facilities are available mid week in July & August as part of our Family Break Mid-Week Packages. In addition to facilitate our younger guests La Perla Restaurant will open each evening mid week from 5.00pm for dinner with last seating for children at 6.30pm daily.

Children are free to dine during normal dining hours in Tuppers Bar or Yindees Thai Oriental Restaurant.

All our family packages are valid Sunday to Thursday and the price per adult also includes 2 children sharing under the age of 12 years. Children are on a B&B basis only, dinner is extra.
