Chef de Partie

We are recruiting a Talented Chef who would assume full responsibility for their section and commis chefs, this kitchen caters for our traditional 80 seater Yindees Thai Restaurant.

The ideal candidate should be a proven Chef de Partie upwards with extensive kitchen experience capable of performing in a very challenging role that requires perfectionist levels of food production and delivery. Experience in ethnic dishes is desirable.

This is a salaried full time role, you are considered as part of the resort kitchen brigade and team and shall participate in extensive training and report directly to the Head Chef.

Front Office Associates

We are recruiting Hotel Receptionists who will be involved in all aspects of Guest Relations within our Front Office. Duties include Check in/out, customer services skills, use of computers, cashiering duties, answering telephones, providing information and assistance to our guests.

The ideal candidate should have hotel reception experience within either the 4 or 5 star market and be capable of performing in a very important role that requires perfectionist levels of guest service. 

This position may also suit a recent hotel management school graduate who is looking for further exposure within the industry.
