We are currently recruiting for experienced Accommodation Assistants to assist us in the day to day maintenance and upkeep of the hotel bedrooms, lounge and public areas. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one years recent similar work experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel, be hard working, able to work under pressure, and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Candidates should have a strong food and beverage background, along with a strong focus on service standards, staff development and customer service. The successful candidate must be flexible, have strong customer service skills, be able to work as part of a team and be an excellent communicator. Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant is an advantage.You should have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role within 4/5 star markets, be hard working with the ability to work well under pressure who wishes to pursue a career in the five star market.
Food and Beverage Server
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Food & Beverage Servers to join our team here at Lyrath Estate Hotel. Current roles exist in our Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting areas.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a fiver-star hotel.
The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for the setup of assigned tables, retrieving and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements, in both a courteous and efficient manner. They will also maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive to guest needs, have excellent customer service and engagement and be flexible in terms of working hours.
